"Wow! You really do look similar. Whereas I'm absolutely unrecogniseable, no wonder nobody believed me until the annual blood test...I could have been stuck there for another 11 months." I say, my thoughts drifting back to the nightmare that was that time.
"Yep, key word there being "was"." Kayla replies sarcastically to Clara. "And I imagine the dress is probably in the attic at my Mom's house. Not that it'll look good on me anyway, sagging skin isn't especially in, or at least it wasn't six months ago. I'm also 3 inches shorter and 20 pounds lighter, so it'll be sagging off me regardless." She finishes, glaring at Clara.
"I don't know...there's some pretty cute guys at the home..." She trails off for a second, before shaking her head. "Damn it, that keeps happening." Kayla mutters loudly, looking irritated.
"Oh wow, did you take that in the park before you came here?" I say mockingly to Clara, still irritated by my mental lapse.

Lexa waves her hands dismissively at Clara and her crazy suggestion. "No way. You'd have to be a miracle worker to turn a middle-aged med student's dating profile into something remotely interesting to any of those guys. Can't be done." She didn't sound entirely convinced though. Maybe...no...not a chance...or was there...? She shook her head, turning to Skyler. "Sure, our bodies are a little saggier and we fall asleep on the phone most nights by 8 PM but...we're in love."
Skyler blushes lightly. "If you don't mind me asking, how do you and Amy still make it work, Skyler? Do you still go out? Like, on dates and things?"NOTE: I reordered Lexa's question to Skyler so it didn't get buried in all this other great content (and i could use the quote feature).

Suzy Moore
From: Original Character
Current Age: 74
True Age: 14
Age rapidly accelerated from a bad chemistry experiment
Important Things To Know:
-Junior High School Student
-Cheerleader
-Never dated Suzy paused and leaned on her cane as she took a long look at her 8th grade class picture that had just arrived in the mail that day. She signed heavily as she put it back in her purse and made her way downstairs. Suzy made her way down the stairs carefully, her sore joints impeding her formerly bouncy personality. “Is this the AP support group” she asked hesitantly. “Why yes it is. My name is Clara and I am the group leader. Are you Suzy? Your mother called to let us know you would be coming.” “Yes, but you should probably call me ‘Susan’ now and not ‘Suzy.’ That is the name for a young girl and my mother says I need to start learning to act my age.” “Well, that’s what we are here to help you do ‘Susan.’ I already made your nametag, go ahead and put it on and have a seat.” Susan smiled as she did and sat down carefully. “So who wants to go next? Tell us your story, how you are coping, anything you want.” Before anyone could say anything Susan raised her hand. “Yes Susan. You want to go first?” “Could I please? My Mom has to pick me up in about 20 minutes so I don’t have a lot of time tonight.” “Well, this being your first time, why don’t you tell us your story? What happened to you exactly?” Susan paused for a moment and cleared her throat. “Hello everyone, my name is Suzy Moore, I mean Susan Moore.” “Hello Susan” everyone said. “It’s been one month since my transformation. I was a 14 year old junior high school girl. I was quite popular and had a lot of friends, but I was also a science nerd. I had entered a special science fair that had a large scholarship prize I could use for college so I began working on a project for a new chemical that was designed to accelerate growth in plants. The idea was that a farmer could get three to four different harvest in year as opposed to one or two by using this chemical on their crops. Well, with a week to go before the fair all of my tests were very promising and I thought I had cracked the genetic sequence that would allow the chemical to work the most efficiently. I was just finishing mixing the final batch for the fair when my dog Buster came running into my make-shift lab in our garage and jumped up on me. It made me spill the flask and it poured all over me. I immediately began to feel strange as I rushed to the bathroom to get it off. I turned the water in the tub on and filled it up but as I did I began to feel very strange. I stripped my clothes off and as I started to get into the tub I noticed that my body was changing, rather aging. Already looked like I was a senior in high school. I couldn’t believe how sexy I looked. As I paused to watch my reflection in the mirror I could literally see myself getting older and older and soon as I was a full-grown adult woman in my twenties. Suddenly I realized what was happening and I knew I needed to get those chemicals off of me as quickly as possible. I laid down and began to wash it off but I could still feel my body aging. I glanced over at the mirror and this time I saw a woman in her early 40s staring back at me. My large breasts were now sagging a bit and I looked more like my Mom. I thought I still looked pretty sexy as I put my hands behind my head and smiled at the thought of being a mature adult woman. But then the reality of the situation hit me as I scrubbed my body some more. After bathing I got out of the tub a matronly 50 as I tried rubbing what was left off with my towel. Hot flashes shot through my body as I realized I was experiencing menopause. That’s when I started noticing the gray hairs beginning to weave themselves through my hair. Soon my whole body began to ache as arthritis set into my joints and as I turned back into the mirror once again I watched as the final transformation began as the aging slowed. My hair turned gray then white as deep laugh lines appeared around my mouth and crow’s feet around my eyes as my skin dried out and the lines deepened into wrinkles. When it was all done, I was as you see me now.” Susan teared up as Clara handed her a tissue. “You’re doing fine Susan. Go on.” “I mumbled out loud ‘what is happening to me’ and that was when I was shocked to hear my own voice. It was the low raspy voice of an old woman, not my youthful teenaged voice. Well, I screamed and collapsed on the floor sobbing and when my mother rushed in she didn’t know who I was and it took some doing to convince her I was her little girl. She finally rushed me to the hospital where they admitted me for a week and ran all sorts of tests. They finally told me that the chemical agent had unlocked the chromosomes in my body that controlled aging and accelerated them. The good news was that there was no trace of the chemical left in my system, which meant I would now continue to age as normal, but the bad news was that there was no way to reverse it. To do so would mean literally creating the fountain of youth. They said I had aged about 50 years and was now a spry and in exceedingly good health for a 74 year old woman. 74? My own mother is only 32! I am now old enough to be her grandmother and my own great-grandmother! I will never get to experience high school and college or even young adulthood or middle-age! I have never even kissed a boy yet! Now I have to live out what is left of my life as an elderly woman. In fact, my family and I have decided to tell everyone I am my mother’s grandmother so I will better fit in. I have started calling my mother by her first name ‘Carol’ now and it’s starting to get a little easier. I find myself losing my old teenage slang vocabulary and I find myself calling everyone “dear” and my mother, or rather Carol, ‘young lady.’ Even the music I used to love seems to loud and annoying now. I use a cane to get around now when I go for walks, and everything seems so fast now and it is harder for me to concentrate on things. But every now and then if we are at the mall, I spot my old school mates and girlfriends. They don’t recognize me and they all seem sooo young now. There was also this freshman high school boy I had a crush on, but now he seems like a child to me now. Carol hopes I might find an older gentleman my own age who was also AP’ed so we could relate and may be find love before it is too late. I don’t know. I just don’t know.” Susan lowered her head sadly as the group heard someone enter from upstairs and call down. “Grandma Susan? Are you down there sweetie?” “Yes, I’m here dearie. You want to come down and help this old woman up the stairs like a good granddaughter?” A perky, young attractive 32 year old brunette bounced down the stairs and helped Susan up out of the char and took her by the arm and led her to the stairs. “Thanks for sharing Susan. I hope you will come back and join us again!” chirped Clara. Susan slowly turned head. “I will, and thank you all for listening to this poor old woman’s troubles.” And with that she disappeared up the stairs. “Well, that was an interesting story. So who’s next”

Hey Merlin, welcome back! It's fantastic to read new stuff from you! Thanks for joining into the RP.
If it's okay with you my thought is we consider Suzy's introduction a bit of a flash back to maybe last months session since she only interacted with Clara. That way if you want to bring Suzy back in to the current events of the RP the possibility is open. Does anyone else see an issue with that? Just in the interest of keeping continuity clean and the door open for Suzy to be an active character if Merlin wants.

Makes sense to me if everyone else is fine with it. Great sequence, by the way.

"If you don't mind me asking, how do you and Amy still make it work, Skyler? Do you still go out? Like, on dates and things?"
"Well, for the first couple of weeks we tried. Amy is a bit...rebellious and saw us going out as a way to stick it to everyone who pitied our situations. She even INSISTED we stay in our normal, teenage clothes; at least the ones that would still fit anyway. But over time, it just became too much. People stare and whisper, especially at the mall. Sure, they probably didn't realize the situation. But seeing two lesbians, in their 70's, dressed as high schoolers? I see why they thought it was...strange. But is still hurt. We try to keep things going, I just hope that a cure is found soon. Anyway..." Skyler said, choking back obvious tears, "Here's a photo of me before the incident. Amy actually took it candidly a couple of weeks before the attack. I was feeling self conscious and she was trying to assure me of how attractive I was. If I only knew what was coming...heh," she finished with a chuckle. Skyler then held her phone out to show the photo to everyone: (I'm fine with the new addition as well -- glad to have you here!)

Clara shook her head at Skyler's story. "Society is so awful and like youth-centric. I mean it's not like you and your girlfriend were doing anything gross like making out or like feeling each other up in the middle of the mall right?" She asked. "Being in a relationship while age progressed is so hard. My boyfriend and I are doing the long distance thing now because the age difference was getting to us. But being a new age just completely changes things in a relationship. I mean, Amy, you have a husband which is great. But do you ever think about the fact that like last year you were a young girl and he was probably some shlubby guy old enough to be your dad?" She asks curiously. "And what about you Kayla? Tell us more about those cute guys! Were they coworkers of yours? Were they super hunky? Was it weird for them to not recognize you and like treat you like a resident? I can't even imagine!" Clara asked, oblivious of the fact that Kayla had been referring to men her new age.

Kayla says slowly and awkwardly, cringing at the thought of revealing so much. "I don't know, I just don't really see anyone that young as being a sexual partner, as strange as it sounds. They just seem...immature." She tries to explain, revealing that her own mind has been changed slightly, as well as her body.

Sunny had spent a good ten minutes at the concession table, sipping on a glass of prune juice, munching on a bowl of salty chips, really not focused on the meeting. If anything, she was quietly admiring Father Time's handiwork, thinking about how sexy Clara would look with some extra meat on her bones. And that Mrs Jones? What a milf! Ooh, Sunny had to fan herself, she hadn't felt this hot since menopause! Too bad none of the girls were pitching for the same team, Sunny's gaydar was as quiet as her weekends off from school, watching Netflix with her special, homemade brownies and her neighbors. Sitting down in the circle, Sunny realizes, at the very least, she had to introduce herself. "Sorry for being such a wallflower." Sunny apologizes. "Just really enjoy the... snacks. Name's Sunny."

She also takes this opportunity to adjust herself in her seat. She was getting sore sitting on the folding chair's thin cushions, and it felt like her foot was falling asleep. Poor circulation she mentally noted. Have to watch out for that more now.
"Don't pay any attention to her," she whispers to the wizened teen. "You two do you. You're only teenagers once." Lexa stops and winces. "Sorry. That's not-- you-- you know what I mean, right?"
Before she can embarrass herself any further, that woman she saw haunting the snack table suddenly sits down across from her, introducing herself to the group.

Clara gave a tense smile to Sunny, keeping a noticeable distance between herself and the frumpy blonde woman to avoid getting a whiff of the patchouli and weed stench that was wafting off of her. "I'm glad you like the... food. So why don't you tell us a bit more about yourself? You're 18? Or you were before whatever happened to you? We were all sharing pictures of what we looked like before our transformations. If you have one i'm sure we'd all love to see it. I'm guessing you were one of the bohemian hipster girls I see all the time on insta?" She said with a satisfied look feeling confident she knew exactly what kind of girl Sunny had been before whatever turned her into a post-menopausal trainwreck.

Sunny lightly chuckles, her paunchy belly quivering like a wave. "I use to be so poised and proper. Daddy's little princess. Ya know, those rich, snobby prep school girls? I was a real mean girl, if you get my reference. Anyways, here's an old photo I took, like, two weeks ago. Well, kinda took."
"Everyone use to say I had such a baby face." Sunny smiles, raising her laugh lines higher. "Funny story, this was the last pic I put up on Instagram before this Scottish Guy, in a tux, wearing a bowler, sent me back in time to the 60's! Feel kinda sorry for the rest of you girls, I got to live five decades. Tough times, sometimes, but I'm super use to this big, spongy, ole body. Must be hell for you girls!"
