It's been a while since we've had one of these. But I recently saw that it's the 20th anniversary of the movie Wild Things and I was thinking how awesome it would be if they did a shot for shot remake of the movie now - when Nev Campbell is 45 and Denise Richards is 47. Then of course i'd like them to do another in the year 2058 with an 85 year old Nev and 87 year old Denise making out in that pool... So my prompt to the group is - if you could choose one movie to be reshot scene for scene with the same actors years after the original was released, what movie would you choose? You can pick an older movie that you'd like redone now or pick a recent movie and a year down the line you'd enjoy seeing remade with the same older and wrinklier cast. For our enjoyment also include how old the main stars would be at the time of the reshoot.

I'll say "The Breakfast Club".
It's a pretty good film for a teen movie and all the actors and actresses are in their 50s at least.

Chrono, Wild Things is an awesome choice. Denise Richards’ breast implants would certainly look out of place on a more mature body.
And kingfaraday, I think The Craft would have been my first choice as well.
I think if had to choose another film, it would have to be American Pie. Hard to believe but the ladies in that film are pretty much middle-aged now: Alyson Hannigan is 44, Tara Reid is turning 43 in a few days, Mena Suvari is 39, Shannon Elizabeth is 42, Natasha Lyonne is 39 and Stifler’s mom is 57.
Would love to see a shot for shot remake in 2048, when their ages will be 74, 73, 69, 72, 69 and 87 respectively.
HONORABLE MENTION... The Scream films 30 years from now.
