"Can I help you?" A Redheaded Waitress asks with little emotion.
"Yes, can I get some..."
"Please, make us young again!" Rhoda, the Shadowy Bandit, bony hands clutching her cane, and Dedra, the blonde bandit, holding her senile friend's hand as tight she could to keep balance, begs at Wallace, sitting on a stool at the bar.
Everyone looks at the elderly trio, whispering loudly.
"It can't be." A regular gossips.
"But it is."
"It can't be!"
"Statuses don't lie. They're the Triple Threat Bandits!"
"Please, I... I can't be old!" Dedra cries, tears running down her fat, wrinkled face.
"He did that?"
"That kid did that to em!"
"I don't sense any aura."
"He's got no status."
"How'd he do that?!"
Wallace shakes his head.
"Please, just leave me alone!" Wallace asks, very irritated.
"Not until you fix this!" Rhoda crones, stomping her cane onto the wooden floor, nearly falling face first. She wants use to her new body, her knees were weakened and her saggy boobs made her rather top heavy.
"There's nothing to fix, like I said before. Getting old is natural. You can't rewind, you can only go forward." Wallace sighs. "You should've listened to my warning when you had the chance."
Their hearts sunk, except for Fiona's. She was very confused, looking around the room.
"Why are we in a bar?" Fiona asks feebly.
This: Wallace ignores the trio and chats with the waitress.
That: A Group of Guards detain The Trio and their boss has a chat with Wallace.
Ignoring the Decrepit, Old Trio, Wallace turns his attention to the Barmaid, plopping down a bag of coins in front of him.
As this happens, a group of guards escort the three old biddies outside the door. They have to drag Rhoda and Dedra out, but they escort the Senile Fiona with a gentle touch.
"Just to confirm, you're the one that stopped The Triple Threat Bandits?" The Barmaid asks in a monotone, uninterested voice.
"If that's what you call those three lunatics."
The Barmaid nods, not a smirk nor smile visible.
"Congratulations, you've earned the three hundred scale reward."
"Scales?" Wallace opens the bag, raising an eyebrow at the plastic scales with a strange writing imprinted on both sides.
For some reason, he could read the alien language. Come to think of it, are the people of this town even speaking English?!
"What is this, money?"
The Barmaid once again nods.
"Let he guess, you're a summoned?"
"You're from another world. Like Asgard, or Krypton, Ganzu, or Terra. We get a lotta Terrans. Let me guess, Japanese?"
"Uh, no... I'm American."
"Never heard of them." The Barmaid shakes her head. "My name's Agnes. Would you like to know where you are?"
Agnes explains this world is called Kindera. It's actually a moon that orbits an orange gas giant called Gerasa, named after their immortal goddess cursed without eternal youth.
There are seven habitable continents and twelve in total. The five uninhabitable are frigid cold tundras of ice and beasts.
Wallace is currently on the eastern continent of Ru, the second largest and highest populated. He was given the understanding that the weather ranges from Mediterranean to Northern Europe. There's lots of farm land and plenty of cities building up.
"You're in the City of Rose. One of Twelve City States part of the White Dragon Alliance."
"Wow, interesting name." Wallace smiles.
Agnes goes on to explain the country was founded by a Dragon. One of thirteen immortal beings capable of destroying civilization in merely an afternoon.
"The story goes, two hundred years ago, a Summoned Terran taught a tribe of goblins, known as the Yellow Caps, how to make a foreign dish called pizza."
"So, you know what this is?"
"Of course!" Wallace smiles.
"Anyways, this would soon unite the Cap Goblins..."
This: Wallace let's Agnes continue her history lesson.
That: The Guild Master wants to have a chat with Wallace.
She continues, explaining this wilderness use to be a dangerous region. Orcs hunting Dwarves, Dwarves fighting Elves, Elves attacking Humans, and Humans capturing Beastmen.
It was the Goblins and Pizza that formed the City State of Tulip, developing a trade route, forming alliances, crafting peace, and, eventually, attracting the attention of the Immortal White Dragon.
"She was the indisputable ruler of the region. A monster who burnt any permanent settlement to ash. She hated mortals and she hated civilization." Agnes shakes her head. "It was Pizza that swayed her strong beliefs."
Agnes went on to tell Wallace that the Twelve City States of the Wild Garden Region swore an oath to the White Dragon, declaring her Monarch of the White Dragon Alliance. The First Country on the Continent of Ru where all races are welcomed equally.
"Our neighbors, The Kingdom of Duran, Yule, Possum, and The Great East Empire, see us as a Demon State and often declare war on us."
Agnes laughs smugly.
"They never win. But they always try!"
A Group of Goblins, two wearing red beanies, three wearing blue, and one in yellow, sitting left of Wallace laugh as a response.
"Poorly!" The Yellow Capped Goblin raises a glass.
"Even with a Summoned Hero, they've never won a single war with us!"
"Is that why I was Summoned?"
Agnes shakes her head.
"You must've fallen into a crack or something. If you were a Summoned Hero, you'd have been in a palace or a temple with royals and priests praising you a hero."
"Such nonsense!" A Blue Capped Goblin shakes his head. "They're pretty much glorified, manipulated slaves!"
"You got lucky being here. Sure, we have crime, and war is always on the table. But The White Dragon Alliance is a very safe country..."
"And it's a democracy." A Red Capped Goblin chimes in. "Pretty rare on this world."
"Not to mention the race tolerance." A Yellow Cap nods. "Sure, you'll get some tension now and then, but you won't find that many countries where Goblins and Orcs, Humans, and Demons live together, work together. It's really rare, actually."
This: Wallace still has some questions about this world.
That: The Guild Master wants to have a chat with Wallace.
"I take it you're the stranger I've been hearing about?" A Suited Man places a hand on Wallace's shoulder.
"The Name's Simon Tims. Guild Master and owner of the Honey Pit." Mister Tims drops his right hand at Wallace.
Wallace shakes it.
"I'm Wallace Anderson."
Mister Tims rolls the stool towards him, eying Wallace head to toe.
"It's true. You've got no aura, I don't see a status... are you a Summoned?"
"That's rare. A Skill-Less Summoned? Huh... how'd you... uh... ya know, take out the Triple Threat Bandits?"
"It's a family gift." Wallace sighs. "Don't like using it, only when I'm threatened."
"What a skill, kid. I'm impressed!"
"So, what's gonna happen to them?"
"They'll incarcerated. All three are charged more crimes then there is liquor in the bar!" Tims laughs. "It's likely they'll spend the rest of their lives at a nursing facility in one our prisons. Definitely Fiona, poor thing, was giving her dementia really necessary? A bit of an over kill."
"I didn't give her dementia, that's just came with old age."
"It's a shame. Scary as they were, lots of men around here were smitten."
Wallace raises an eyebrow.
"The Blonde threatened to cut off my penis!"
"Yeah, that's Dedra." Tims sighs. "Heard a night with her was magical, all things considered."
Tims pats Wallace on the back.
"Anyways, step into my office, Kiddo, I'll get you a guild identification card set up."
"An ID. Let's say you wanna travel the country, you'll need it to enter cities. Plus, you'll be get an Adventurer's ID. You do know what an adventurer is, right?"
"You do odd jobs. Collecting herbs in the countryside, capturing Bandits, fighting monsters. Stuff like that. It's a quick way to make scales."
"Well... I guess it'd benefit me."
"Definitely will." Tims smiles.
Tims goes onto explain there's a rank system. Rank S through H. S being the highest and H being the lowest.
"When ya get to rank D, that's when a pension plan comes up. The pension gets higher the higher your rank is. It's a nice system. Adventurers love it."
As Tims hands Wallace a card, a status pops up at Wallace's eyes.
Wallace Anderson Race: Terran Human Age: 16 Class: Adventurer, H Ranked
This: "I gotta assignment perfect for ya, kid." Tims says with a laugh and a glass of bourbon in hand.
That: Wallace decides to look for a place to stay the night.

MeanMark: Right? I maintain the opinion that they should have showed some sort of process for the TF, but still a great scene nonetheless.

kappa: I feel like the point of that scene was a conversation towards her fears with monogamous long term relationship. The Aging was merely an extension personified, AND, in the backseat of what was really going on. A couple communicating.
