Brilliant! You found a nice position at the same grad school program you were involved in... wow, 20 years ago?!
Time sure flies, yeah?!
It's definitely a more relaxing atmosphere this time around.... although, your opinion towards teenagers at this point in your life...
-Hasn't charged much -Has amazingly altered for the better -Is pretty icy now. Especially since your affair with the father of your daughter.

(I feel like I'm doing okay with the voice of the narrator. And quite honestly, I like that he's trying to be positive when the woman's life he narrates goes in the crapper. Really love the suggestions ❤️😂👍🏽)

You still think teenagers are entitled, spoiled brats.
Honestly, it seems like you'll think that way for years to come. Decades even.
Again, sunrise, sunset. It's the mentality of the mature, I suppose.
You do think highly of your son, Paul. Although, you also worry about his... budding romantic life.
It's set up that you get your son every alternating weekend and during the summer.
Matthew, however, is definitely the parent he likes more. He never said that, but, you can tell. Your relationship with Matthew is definitely hostile at times.
Onto Sussie's Dad, He gets her every other weekend too. It's a little awkward considering his parents are your age. So, Susie's Grandma and you, her mother, are of the same generation, went to school around the same time, are both going through menopause.
... It's obvious why you rarely converse with them, right?! 🤣
Alright, so you're now a professor, you got knocked down a few pegs, and you live in a now moderate sized apartment.
Anything else about being 47 we should go over?

Thanks for trying my suggestions o out as a experiment. Are you going to consider having the main character to turn her fat into muscle through a decades strenuous long weight lifting session starting when she turns fifty?

(Well, it's a interactive game that welcomes suggestions. I'll do that if you request it. 😘)

Maybe consider her closest female family and friends follow her example and also add the various forms of semi-professional/full professional boxing/mixed martial arts special forces military hand to hand combatant decades long strenous regime with the decades long strenous weight lifting regime?

(You can very causally pitch at one point that you want her to start lifting)

( You got it ♥️
Hope I didn't come off rude or anything. I'm aware I didn't write any guidelines to this game. Again, I appreciate your input. Now, you basically can participate towards the direction whenever you feel like it 👍.)
Maybe it's the hot flashes, maybe it's the fact you're the oldest mom at Susie's grade, or, maybe it's the greying hair, the thinning skin, the age spots, the unstoppable shaking of fat from neck to kankles, But, What's clear is clear.
You feel old.
And that's natural when you're pushing 50. So are midlife crises. Which is probably what we can classify your gym membership.
I assumed you'd be more about cardio...yet, you've been spending an awful lot of time lifting weights. Someone got it into your head that it's easier to turn fat into muscles rather than just burning it off on a stationary bike.
... You should still ride the stationery bike, by the way. Cardio is important, and, you are on blood pressure medication. Cardio can help with that. Still, good job revising you're diet and exercise. Keep it up and in five years time.
