Character AP Description: It was a somewhat cool day in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and an elderly woman in an electric wheelchair came out of the building which was owned by a company called, PAL Toronto. PAL Toronto was an assisted living/nursing home for those in the art and entertainment industry (actors, writers, singers, producers, musicians, artists, etc). The woman was once an actor and was in her 90s, appeared to be sunken in the seat of her wheelchair, even though she was around 5'4". Her face was wrinkled, and she had a noticeable jowl underneath her chin. Her eyes were covered up by dark sunglasses that sat upon her face. Her silver hair went down to her shoulders, but a brim hat sat upon her head. Her body shook due to both arthritis and palsy, and she had a noticeable humped back. The old woman was wearing a white sundress and matching shoes. The only other thing noticeable about the elderly woman was that her right leg was missing. As she moved along the street in her wheelchair, her head and hands shaking, she heard a voice. Stopping, she saw two young ladies coming over to her.
"Oh my God, it is Melissa Benoist," one of the young ladies said to the other, as they both smiled and went over to the elderly woman.
"Miss Benoist, I'm such a big fan," the other young lady said to Melissa. "I've seen every episode of Supergirl at least 5 times," she said with a smile.
"Thank you very much. It's nice to know that I'm still popular with the younger generation," Melissa said in a feeble voice, giving the young ladies a small smile.
"Would it be okay if we got a picture with you?" The first young lady asked, hoping that the aged actress would be willing to get a photo with them.
"Of course," Melissa answered, smiling at them.
One of the young ladies asked a nearby pedestrian if they could take a picture of them with Melissa, who agreed. Gathering around the elderly woman in her wheelchair, the pedestrian took a photo and handed back the young lady's phone, who thanked Melissa before taking off with her friend down the street, the two of them talking to each other about their chance encounter with Melissa Benoist.
Once the two young ladies left, Melissa placed a shaky, arthritic hand on the control stick of her electric wheelchair and started down the street once more.

MeanMark: Right? I maintain the opinion that they should have showed some sort of process for the TF, but still a great scene nonetheless.

kappa: I feel like the point of that scene was a conversation towards her fears with monogamous long term relationship. The Aging was merely an extension personified, AND, in the backseat of what was really going on. A couple communicating.

kappa: However, I'd have enjoyed a gradual progression, still, I kinda get that execution
